Kalka Recruiter is a recruitment platform for candidates, employers, and the people who keep a hiring process moving. Candidates publish a profile and resume. Employers publish vacancies and search the people already on the platform. Admins can step into any process when a hire needs another pair of hands.

Search is not a side feature. Employer discovery filters keyword, skills, experience, location, expected salary, education, role, job type, work mode, notice period, and availability at the same time, then sorts the result. Job search uses the same idea, so candidates can narrow open roles instead of scrolling a single list.

An application moves from Applied to Under Review, Shortlisted, Interview, Selected, and Joined. It can also be Rejected or Withdrawn. Employer and admin actions update the candidate immediately and write an activity record.

Resume files live in Cloudinary. The database keeps the URL, public ID, format, and size, and download links are checked against the viewer’s role.
